Data analysis report
A rigorous interpretation of pupil data can be seen as a strength during inspections by Ofsted or the DFE. As an experienced consultant, I can support you with analysing your external and internal pupil assessment data for EYFS, KS1 and KS2. I’ll transform it into a concise, professional written summary that will provide an excellent starting point to inform your School Improvement Plan.
Thorough assessments
The reports will analyse and summarise your own teacher assessments across year groups, together with external assessment data from sources such as EYFS, the phonics screening test at year 1 and 2 and year 2 and 6 SATs data. This may include analysis of annual external assessment data, baseline assessments, subject-specific teacher assessments and school-generated progress and attainment data.

Typically, the analysis will focus on reading, writing and maths by year group. However, I am more than happy to tailor the support provided to meet your specific requirements. Data summary report
I will speak to you by phone to discuss and understand your requirements. You provide me with the information and data for interpretation and analysis and then I’ll provide you with the written report.
Detailed analysis report
I will spend a day at your school, working with you to understand your data analysis and interpretation requirements. Following this, I will prepare a written report that includes analysis and interpretation at a deeper level such as by class or by subject.
Full analysis and data validation report
With an additional day at your school (2 days at your school in total), I will also conduct a book scrutiny to check and validate that this data you hold in your records is in keeping with pupils’ actual work.
