Services booked can only be cancelled in exceptional circumstances and Spiral Impact must be notified in writing. Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the service or training is to be carried out incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the service or training is to be carried out incur 100% of the charge. All cancellations must be made in writing. An alternative date may be booked in writing at any time prior to the start of the service or training taking place. If for any reason Spiral Impact needs to cancel, the school will be notified and an alternative date scheduled.
